Working Principle

Using advanced machine vision technology, the inspection system identifies visible foreign particles with high precision. As each vial or ampoule rotates at high speed, it is briefly stopped by a mechanical brake. During this pause, high-resolution industrial cameras capture multiple images from different angles. These images are then analyzed by the computer system to determine whether the product meets quality standards. Based on the results, items are automatically sorted into qualified and rejected categories, ensuring consistent, reliable quality control.
