What inspection principle is used in your vision inspection system?
Our system uses visual image processing, combining high-resolution industrial cameras and advanced image recognition algorithms to detect harmful particles and contaminants in pharmaceutical liquids quickly and accurately.
What kind of interface does your visual inspection equipment use?
We use an intuitive human-machine interface (HMI) designed for ease of use. Even with minimal training, your team can confidently operate the system thanks to its user-friendly controls and real-time visual status feedback.
What is the smallest particle size your visual inspection machine can detect?
Under standard conditions, our machines can detect visible foreign particles larger than 50μm. Please note, detection sensitivity may vary depending on factors such as liquid viscosity and the type of foreign matter.
Does your control system meet international standards?
Yes. Our system is fully compliant with CFR 21 Part 11, meeting stringent international regulatory requirements.
